PASCA is a leading academy that specialises in supply chain management and related skills training and capacity development in Africa. Through training and development, PASCA aims to advance skills, knowledge and competencies of supply chain professionals. Established in 2013, PASCA, a 100% black owned and BEE level 1 company, pride itself for enhancing sustained inclusive growth, human capital development and socio-economic development through supply chain management. PASCA promote supply chain capacity to develop skills, knowledge and competencies by offering tailored and customised training courses to capacitate and develop thought leading African professionals.

PASCA training courses are available from fundamental to advanced levels (junior to senior management), catering for those who are new to the supply chain profession to those who hold executive management experiences. We offer experienced, expert advisory services that drive measurable improvements of our clients’ operations. PASCA has provided thought leadership and subject matter expert support, methods and tools gained from completed projects in last 15 years.

Florence Akemesseh

Managing Director

Florence manages and direct the activities of PASCA. She is pursuing a Master Degree at the University of South Africa (Unisa). She has an certificate in Advanced Programme in Sourcing and Supply Chain Management from Unisa where she studies strategic sourcing management, supply chain management, negotiation, global sourcing management.

Terence Chimamanda

Training Executive

Terrancy is a Supply Chain professional who manages and coordinates training for PASCA. He obtained his Bachelor of Commerce degree (Cum Laude), Honours degree (Cum Laude) and master’s degree from Unisa. He is also a member of Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS). He is a Doctoral student at UNISA.

Mlingo Masemola

Marketing Executive

Mlingo has executive insight into Marketing and Supply Chain Management. She is responsible for planning and implementing PASCA marketing campaigns. She previously served as Internal Auditor, Consultant, Finance Offer and Grant Coordinator as well as a Business Developer. She as BCom degree from Vista and a CIPS Diploma in Procurement and Supply.
