SUPPLIER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
Supplier relationship management is a critical enabler of business performance to
drive both value and reputation. This 2-day intensive course provide procurement
staff with a sound understanding of supplier relationship management (SRM) and the key strategic role it plays for an organisation. The course also provides an
examination of the growing importance of supplier relationships when it comes to risk management, innovation and competitive advantage. The course will enable
delegates to identify strategic suppliers in their organisations, provide
tools/approaches to determine and effect the right interventions with the right
suppliers.

A certificate of completion of course will be awarded to delegates who attend and
