TOTAL COST OF OWNERSHIP FOR SUSTAINABLE PUBLIC PROCUREMENT
Total cost of ownership (TCO) is an analysis that places a single value on the
complete lifecycle of a capital purchase. This one-day course is intended to help
procurement practitioners understand the concept of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)
and how you can use it to make your everyday purchasing decisions more cost-
effective and sustainable. Delegates attending the course will gain the knowledge
you need to apply the TCO approach within your organizations and to build the
business case for sustainability purchasing.
This is a one (1) day intensive course. The course is conducted through:
